We protect your pieces.

In order to minimize any possible damage to your fragile pieces, we pack ALL pieces extremely carefully.

In particular, ALL teapots are packed in a wooden box, with protective sponge surrounding the piece(s). This wooden box is then placed in the cardboard shipping box cushioned by foam chips.

 

We get them to you quick.

Once your order has been placed and payment received, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. All packaged are packed and shipped via airmail directly from Taiwan. Barring any unforeseen delays, shipping times are usually 2-7 days.

On Mondays through Fridays, we will ship out all orders within twenty four hours from the time we receive payment. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

Cost

Shipping is free for all destinations within Asia*, and costs SGD35 (approximately US$27) to all other destinations.

*Asia: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Mainland China, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia

Some destinations may impose customs and import duties to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges will be borne by the recipient.
